Refund policy

Due to the personalized nature of our jewelry, we have a no return policy. However, we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed, therefore, we offer an exchange policy to ensure your full satisfaction.

Exchange process:

  1. Contact us: Reach out to hello@saharismail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details about the item you wish to exchange, and the preferred size of the replacement item. We will be happy to guide you through the process.
  2. Return Shipping: Please note that return costs are not covered. Also no cost will be covered should the products go missing during the return shipping. We advise you to send all items back with a transport company that provides an insured track & trace service. Please contact us to receive the return address. 
  3. Original Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The jewelry should be unworn, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear and tear.
  4. Exchange Shipping: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will promptly process your exchange request and send the replacement item to the address you provided.
