All pieces are made to order – please bear in mind that it will take them 2-3 weeks to be handcrafted.
Once your order is created and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and estimated delivery time.

Delivery:
Berlin: up to 3 working days
Germany: up to 5 working days
EU: up to 10 working days
International: up to 20-30 days

Please expect some delivery delays around national and international holidays.

Please note that international buyers may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon receipt of their order. These fees are imposed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential fees and regulations.

Before accepting the delivery, please make sure that the parcel is not damaged, and no item is missing. In case of a damaged or a wrong delivery, please take photos and send it to us at hello@saharismail.com. We will be happy to evaluate the issue and guide you through next steps.
